Bu politika; usetracekit.com sitesinin, app.usetracekit.com adresindeki TraceKit panelinin ve uygulamaların kayıt gönderdiği TraceKit sunucusunun hangi verileri neden işlediğini açıklar. Sorularınız ve talepleriniz için: abdusselamkeskin@gmail.com.

1. Panel kullanıcılarına ait veriler

Panele Google hesabınızla girdiğinizde Google'dan yalnızca şu bilgileri alır ve saklarız:

adınız ve e-posta adresiniz,
Google'ın hesabınız için verdiği değişmeyen kimlik (hesabınızı tanımak için).

Google parolanızı görmeyiz; Google'ın verdiği erişim bilgilerini (token) saklamayız. Panelde oluşturduğunuz projeler, uygulamalar, projelerdeki rolünüz, üyelikler ve davet ettiğiniz e-posta adresleri de saklanır. Uygulama anahtarlarının yalnızca tek yönlü özeti tutulur, anahtarın kendisi tutulmaz.

2. Uygulamaların gönderdiği kayıtlar

Bir proje, kendi iOS uygulamasına TraceKit SDK'sını ekleyip uzak gönderimi açarsa uygulama şu bilgileri TraceKit sunucusuna gönderir: kayıt mesajı, seviyesi, kategorisi ve ek alanları, kaydın zamanı, akış ve istek kimlikleri; uygulama ve SDK sürümü, cihaz modeli ve iOS sürümü; kurulumda üretilen rastgele bir kimlik ve her açılışta üretilen rastgele bir oturum kimliği. Bu kimlikler reklam veya cihaz kimliği değildir; uygulama silinince yenisi üretilir.

SDK ve sunucu, bilinen biçimdeki hassas değerleri (örneğin erişim anahtarları, parolalar, e-posta adresleri ve uzun sayı dizileri) kayıtlar saklanmadan önce maskeler. Kayıtlara kişisel veri koymamak, kaydı gönderen uygulamanın sahibinin sorumluluğundadır. Bu kayıtlar açısından TraceKit, ilgili proje sahibi adına ve onun talimatıyla veri işleyen konumundadır; kayıtlar yalnızca o projenin üyelerine gösterilir.

SDK'nın cihazda tuttuğu yerel kayıtlar cihazda kalır; uygulama kullanıcısı bunları kendisi paylaşmadıkça bize ulaşmaz.

3. IP adresleri ve teknik günlükler

Sunucu, bağlanan tarayıcının veya cihazın IP adresini veritabanına kaydetmez ve erişim günlüğü tutmaz. Hata durumlarında kişisel veri içermeyen teknik günlükler yazılır.

4. Çerezler

Panel yalnızca çalışması için gerekli iki çerez kullanır: oturumunuzu taşıyan, en fazla 8 saat geçerli TRACEKIT_SESSION ve istekleri sahte isteklere karşı koruyan XSRF-TOKEN. Panel ayrıca giriş sırasında, girişten sonra açılacak sayfanın adresini tarayıcı sekmesinde geçici olarak tutar. Reklam, analiz veya üçüncü taraf çerezi ve izleme aracı kullanılmaz. Bu tanıtım sitesi çerez kullanmaz.

5. Verileri hangi amaçla kullanıyoruz

Verileri yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için kullanırız: oturum açma, kimin hangi projeye ve kayda erişebileceğine karar verme, kayıtları ilgili proje üyelerine gösterme, hizmetin güvenliğini sağlama ve kötüye kullanımı önleme. Verileri satmayız, reklam veya pazarlama için kullanmayız.

TraceKit'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka uygulamalara aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

6. Saklama süreleri

Uygulamaların gönderdiği kayıtlar: alındıktan sonra 14 gün; sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
Tekrar gönderimleri tanımak için tutulan gönderim özetleri (kayıt içeriği olmadan): 8 gün.
Hesap, proje ve üyelik bilgileri: hesap veya proje silinene kadar.
Bekleyen davetler: kabul edilene veya geri alınana kadar.
Veritabanı yedekleri: 7 gün.

7. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Hetzner Online GmbH: sunucu barındırma; veriler Almanya'daki veri merkezinde tutulur.
Google: Google hesabıyla oturum açma.
Cloudflare: alan adı ve DNS hizmeti; panel ve kayıt trafiği Cloudflare üzerinden geçmez.
Let's Encrypt: HTTPS sertifikası; kişisel veri paylaşılmaz.

Veriler, yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça başka kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

8. Güvenlik

Bütün trafik HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Projeler birbirinden ayrılır; bir kullanıcı yalnızca üyesi olduğu projelerin verilerini görür ve rolünün izin verdiği işlemleri yapabilir.

9. Haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarınızı (6698 sayılı KVKK ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde GDPR kapsamında) yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazarak kullanabilirsiniz. Bir projenin uygulama kayıtlarıyla ilgili talepleri öncelikle o projenin sahibine iletin; gerektiğinde ona destek oluruz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirdiğimizde bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri panel kullanıcılarına ayrıca duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains which data the usetracekit.com site, the TraceKit panel at app.usetracekit.com and the TraceKit server that apps send records to process, and why. Contact: abdusselamkeskin@gmail.com.

1. Data about panel users

When you sign in with Google we receive and store only your name, your email address and the stable identifier Google assigns to your account. We never see your Google password and do not store Google's access tokens. We also store the projects and apps you create, your role in each project, memberships and the email addresses you invite. App keys are stored only as one-way hashes.

2. Records sent by apps

When a project adds the TraceKit SDK to its iOS app and enables remote sending, the app sends record messages, levels, categories and extra fields, record times, flow and request identifiers, the app and SDK versions, the device model and iOS version, a random identifier created at installation and a random identifier for each app session. These identifiers are not advertising or device identifiers and are replaced when the app is removed. The SDK and the server mask values of known sensitive formats (such as access tokens, passwords, email addresses and long digit sequences) before records are stored. The owner of the sending app is responsible for not putting personal data into records; for these records TraceKit processes data on behalf of and as instructed by the project owner, and shows them only to that project's members. Records the SDK keeps on the device stay there unless the app's user shares them.

3. IP addresses and technical logs

The server does not store the IP addresses of browsers or devices and keeps no access log. Technical error logs contain no personal data.

4. Cookies

The panel uses only two necessary cookies: TRACEKIT_SESSION, which carries your session for at most 8 hours, and XSRF-TOKEN, which protects against forged requests. During sign-in it briefly keeps the page to open afterwards in the browser tab. There are no advertising, analytics or third-party cookies or trackers. This site uses no cookies.

5. How we use data

Only to provide the service: signing in, deciding who may access which project and record, showing records to the project's members, securing the service and preventing abuse. We do not sell data or use it for advertising or marketing. TraceKit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention

Records sent by apps: 14 days after receipt, then deleted automatically.
Summaries of received batches, without record content, used to recognize resends: 8 days.
Account, project and membership data: until the account or project is deleted.
Pending invitations: until accepted or withdrawn.
Database backups: 7 days.

7. Service providers

Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the server in Germany; Google provides sign-in; Cloudflare provides the domain and DNS, and panel and record traffic does not pass through Cloudflare; Let's Encrypt issues the HTTPS certificate and receives no personal data. We share data with no one else unless required by law.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Projects are isolated: a user sees only the projects they belong to and can do only what their role allows.

9. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data or object to its processing (under Turkish law no. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR) by writing to the address above. Please send requests about a project's app records to that project's owner first; we will support them where needed.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we update this page and the date above, and announce significant changes to panel users.
